  • Do you operate in a nut-free facility?
    Our cookies are made in a facility that contains various tree nuts However, we do our best to prevent cross-contamination. If you are concerned about a possible contamination, please leave us a message on your order and we will take extra precautions when preparing your cookies. Only the Chocolate Chip Walnut has nuts.
  • What are your flavors?
    Chocolate Chip Walnut, Chocolate Chip Sea Salt, Circus Animal with Sprinkles, Snickerdoodle, Cookies & Cream, Matcha White Chocolate Chip, and Teddy Bear S’mores will be available all year round. New or special flavors will be announced via our Instagram page.
  • When do you announce drop and pop-up dates?
    Pop-up dates will be announced on our Instagram page.
  • When are the cookies shipped?
    Cookies are shipped every Wednesday and Thursday except on major holidays, in which cookies will be shipped the following business day.
  • What service do you use for shipping?
    We use USPS Priority to ship nationwide and orders can take up to 4 business days to arrive. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages/goods once they leave our facility.
  • What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
    Please send an email ASAP to serendipitycookiesllc@gmail.com since all cookies will be shipped out the following Wednesday. Make sure the apartment/suite/unit number is included. DMs on Instagram will be disregarded.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    All transactions are done through Wix Payments, which accepts all major debit and credit cards.
  • Do you take corporate orders?
    Yes, corporate orders will need to be placed 2 weeks in advance and an email must be sent to serendipitycookiesllc@gmail.com. Once confirmed by us via email, a 50% deposit must be paid. DMs on Instagram will be disregarded. Delivery option available for orders in the Greater Seattle area.
  • How long do the cookies last?
    Cookies last up to 1 week in their individual packaging and up to 1 month frozen in a zip-lock bag.
  • Heating instructions?
    We highly recommend warming up the cookies in a microwave for 10-15 seconds.
  • Do you do custom sets?
    Currently we are not offering any customizations for ordering.
  • Do you have a storefront?
    We do not, all orders are taken online.
  • Do you allow pick-ups?
    We do not.
  • Do you deliver?
    Delivery option only available for orders with a minimum of 30 cookies in the Greater Seattle area.
  • Do you offer refunds?
    Due to the nature of our cookies being perishable food items, we do not offer any refunds.
  • Disclaimer
    Due to supply chain shortages and other circumstances, there may be times that our cookies will have a slight difference in the aesthetic look. However, we guarantee that the flavors of the cookies will not change.
